VILLA U

The project located near Deh-Khoda village in Gheshm island. Villa U is designed in a way to practically accommodates the courtvard and the central pool inside itself. 

The wind locks and circulates above the pool and creates a self ventilated villa through out the summer. 

The mentioned land is about 400 square meters which is adiacent to the palm grove from the east side, and open side of the U-shape is located just opposite to bring the nature inside out.

In fact, the building is a combination of cubes that grows in heights from one side the (U) shape to the other. 

This height hierarchy increases the quality and importance of the space and such typology brings another layer of function on its roof as an elevated landscape for context viewing and perhaps an outdoor habitation.
